Human body is mechanism. It is constantly communicating with us, sending us signs and warnings when something is not functioning as it should. Heart attack is one of the most dangerous and life threatening health conditions that can be predicted and prevented.

People that survived it speak of warning signs that the body sends us one month before the heart attack. So we have plenty of time to react and save our life. When you start to feel these warning symptoms, think about it and do something. Although the symptoms may be different in man and women a lot of people see it and react on time. Men are usually suffering pain in the chest while women have problems with breathing. Even 70% of men suffer erection problems before heart attack, while 70% of women are experiencing exhausting and long term tiredness weeks before heart attack. Tiredness
The heart gets lower amounts of blood when the arteries are narrowed.  Lower amounts of blood causes difficulties in the normal functioning of the heart and it is a cause we feel tiredness and sleepiness all the time, even when we are rest and get enough sleep.

Lack of breath
When the heart gets lower amounts of blood then the lungs get lower amounts of oxygen and it is causing you breathing problems. If you feel lack of breath go and see your doctor as fast as you can, because lack of breath may mean that the time of a heart attack is near.

Weakness
When the arteries narrow the blood circulation is not right and it is causing weakness. Your body is weak because the muscles are not getting what they need to function right and there are times you may fall.

Dizziness 
When the circulation is not right, the amount of blood that gets to the brain is also limited and that is a life threatening situation. When this happens you may feel dizziness and confusion. Don’t ignore these signs.

Pressure in the chest 
Pressure in the chest is most common early symptom of a heart attack. You will feel like something is not right inside the chest, you also may feel pain with smaller intensity or high blood pressure.  When these symptoms become more often the time of heart attack is near.

Cold or flu symptoms
When these symptoms appear without a reason, it is a sign that a heart attack is near. Survivors of a heart attack say that they started feeling sudden symptoms of flu like caught and fever just days before the heart attack.

Cold sweat
When the body is not getting the needed amounts of blood you feel bad, cold and sticky and covered in cold sweat. This symptom should not be ignored.

Nausea
Symptoms of nausea, heartburn and indigestion may also mean that the heart attack is near.
