DAY ONE:
- Breakfast – half grapefruit, toast, two tablespoons of peanut butter, coffee or tea;
- Lunch – half a cup of tuna, toast, coffee or tea;
- Dinner – two pieces of meat (any kind of meat is fine but stick to chicken and turkey), a cup of vanilla ice cream.
DAY TWO:
- Breakfast – eggs, toast, half a banana;
- Lunch – a cup of cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, 5 salty crackers;
- Dinner – two hot dogs, a cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana and a cup of vanilla ice cream.
DAY THREE:
- Breakfast – 5 salty crackers, a piece of cheese and a small apple;
- Lunch – hard-boiled egg and toast;
- Dinner – a cup of tuna, half a banana and a cup of vanilla ice cream.
Use black coffee, or green tea because it is good for weight loss. Don’t add sugar to the tea or coffee.
This diet will help you to get rid of the excess water in the organism and thanks to that you can loose up to 5 kg. Don’t repeat it too often, and if you want to lose more weight stick to healthy nutrition and exercise.
