HOW TO PREPARE IT:
Cook the chicken meat in an open container for about 2 hours. When cooked strain the stock and remove the fat. Separate the meat from the bones and add it into the stock. Add the pasta and the cubes. Bring it to the boil and let it cook for about ten minutes. Then remove it from the heat and add the egg whites constantly whisking. Add the parsley and it is ready to serve.
