Instructions:
• Buy some edible gelatin. You need 150 grams, and you can find it in any store.
• In the evening mix two flat teaspoons of gelatin, or 5 grams, and a quarter cup of cold water.
• Stir well and leave it overnight. Do not keep it in the fridge.
• Gelatin will turn into jelly
• In the morning, drink the mixture before you eat or drink anything. Add juice, honey or water, or you can even combine it with some yoghurt or sour cream; choose what is best for you.
